How does employee gifting work?

Select a gift size, add each employee’s name and email, write your message, and complete your order. Each employee receives a private gift link where they can choose their own treats and enter their shipping address.

Once they make their selections, we prepare and ship each Maple Parcel.

Do I need employees’ home addresses?

No. You only need each employee’s name and email address.

Employees enter their own shipping address when they redeem their gift, so their delivery details stay private.

Can I send gifts to multiple employees?

Yes. Add each employee’s name and email when placing your order. Every person receives their own private gift link and chooses their gift separately.

What do employees receive?

Each employee receives a gift email with your personal message and a private link to choose their favourites. Their gift and Canada-wide shipping are already paid for.

Is Canada-wide shipping included?

Yes. Canada-wide shipping is included in the gift price.

How long does delivery take?

After an employee chooses their treats and submits their shipping address, we prepare the order for shipment.

Estimated delivery time: 2–8 business days after shipment, depending on the destination.
