Common questions about employee gifting

How does employee gifting work?

Choose a gift size, add your message, and send the gift using each employee’s name and email address. They receive a link to choose their favourites and enter their own shipping address. Maple Parcel prepares and ships their selected gift.

Do I need employees’ home addresses?

No. You only need their names and email addresses. Employees enter their own delivery addresses privately when they redeem their gifts.

Can employees choose their own gifts?

Yes. Employees can select their favourites from the available assortment, or choose from curated gift boxes where offered. Their gift is already paid for.

Is shipping included?

Yes. Canada-wide shipping is included in the gift price.

How long does delivery take?

After an employee selects their gifts and provides a shipping address, estimated processing takes 2–4 business days, followed by approximately 2–8 business days for delivery after shipment, depending on the destination. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Can I send gifts to an entire team?

Yes. Maple Parcel supports gifting to multiple recipients. For larger teams, corporate branding, or delivery coordination, contact us to plan the order.
