Terms of service

Last updated: July 7, 2026

Welcome to Maple Parcel. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

About Maple Parcel

Maple Parcel lets senders purchase a treat box for a recipient without needing the recipient’s shipping address at the time of purchase.

After purchase, the recipient receives a gift link. The recipient can choose their treats and enter their shipping address. Once redeemed, Maple Parcel prepares and ships the order.

Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is collected when the sender purchases the gift. The recipient does not pay for the gift or included Canada-wide shipping when redeeming their Maple Parcel.

Gift Links and Gift Codes

Gift links and gift codes are intended for the named recipient only.

Gift codes are single-use and may not be reused after redemption.

Maple Parcel is not responsible if a sender or recipient shares a gift link with the wrong person.

Recipient Redemption

The recipient is responsible for selecting their treats and entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

Once the recipient confirms their treat selections and submits their shipping address, the order may begin processing and may no longer be cancellable.

Product Availability

Treat availability may change. We do our best to keep the available selection accurate.

If a selected treat becomes unavailable, we may contact the recipient or substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value.

Allergens and Dietary Information

Maple Parcel products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including milk, soy, wheat, gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, eggs, sulphites, or other allergens.

Recipients should review product packaging before consuming.

Maple Parcel does not currently guarantee that boxes are nut-free, gluten-free, vegan, halal, or free from cross-contamination.

Shipping

Maple Parcel currently ships within Canada only.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

In general, a gift may be cancellable before the recipient redeems it. Once a gift has been redeemed, packed, or shipped, cancellation or refund may no longer be possible.

Use of Website

You agree not to misuse the website, gift links, gift codes, checkout, or any Maple Parcel service.

You may not attempt to interfere with the website, redeem gift codes fraudulently, access another person’s gift, or use Maple Parcel for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Maple Parcel is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our website, products, gift links, shipping services, or third-party platforms.

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
