Shipping policy

Maple Parcel currently ships within Canada only.

Shipping Included

Canada-wide shipping is included in the price of each Maple Parcel gift. The sender does not need to know the recipient’s shipping address at the time of purchase.

After the recipient opens their gift link, chooses their treats, and enters their shipping address, we will prepare the order for shipment.

Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared within 2–4 business days after the recipient completes their treat selection and submits their shipping address.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or if we need to contact the recipient about an order issue.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 2–8 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, incorrect address information, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Address

The recipient is responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address when redeeming their gift.

Maple Parcel is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the recipient.

If you notice an address mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@mapleparcel.ca. We will do our best to help before the order ships.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, please contact us at hello@mapleparcel.ca. Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please email hello@mapleparcel.ca with your order number, gift code if available, and photos of the issue. We’ll review the situation and do our best to make it right.
